Qualifications

Experience managing commercial construction projects, including scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and project execution
Strong understanding of multiple construction trades and field operations
Ability to manage self-perform work and coordinate diverse teams effectively
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all field construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Manage subcontractors, field personnel, materials, and inspections throughout all phases of construction
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules while identifying and resolving field challenges proactively
Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Oversee job site safety, logistics, organization, punch list completion, and compliance with all safety policies and procedures
