STO Building Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent for a San Jose, CA project. The role oversees daily site operations, scheduling, procurement of materials, and labor allocation to ensure on-time project completion.

The candidate will coordinate with the Project Manager, supervise direct labor, and manage subcontractors, safety, and quality on site while aligning with corporate policies and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction-related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years commercial construction experience, healthcare projects preferred (OSHPD/HCAI).
• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Plan procedures and staffing based on specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to develop look-ahead schedules and manage progress.
