Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Superintendent with a General Contractor.
• Experience in commercial Tenant Improvements (TI) projects.
• Experience supporting science/technology and healthcare construction projects.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project/Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Stable work history with longevity.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Candidates with Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Advanced Technology project focus are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to plan and supervise construction activities.
• Ensure work complies with specifications, plans, and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Monitor progress and manage schedule and budget.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality.
• Utilize Procore and Microsoft Project to track progress and resources.
