Job summary

Vanir is seeking a Healthcare Construction Project Manager to provide planning, coordination, and direction for project management activities to ensure they meet owner needs, specifications, cost, and schedule.

The role may supervise office staff and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors. A 5+ year healthcare PM background and a relevant degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture is required.
• Minimum 5+ years as a Project Manager in healthcare settings.
• Experience with CA hospital projects (HCAI-1) is preferred.

• Plan, coordinate, and direct project management activities to meet owner needs, cost, and schedule.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with owners, designers, engineers, and contractors.
• Manage project controls, cost, and performance tracking throughout lifecycle.
