Job summary

D’ville Construction Inc. seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager with healthcare construction expertise to lead hospital and clinic projects in the Northern California area, including Nevada City.

You will guide projects from planning through closeout, coordinating owners, design teams, and field crews to ensure patient-safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has healthcare PM experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with complex MEP

Qualifications

• Healthcare construction PM experience in medical environments.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, estimating, change orders, and pay apps.
• Proficiency with RFIs, submittals, OAC meetings, NMAs, and ACDs.
• OSHPD/HCAI, ADA, ICRA, and life-safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as liaison among owners, architects, engineers, clinical staff, and subcontractors.
• Oversee meetings, documentation, and project coordination.
• Manage budgets, estimates, change orders, and pay apps.
• Develop master schedules and coordinate updates with clients and teams.
• Ensure OSHPD/HCAI compliance and safety standards on site.
