Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working on public mental wellness or public health care projects.
• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Understanding of Progressive Design Build contracts, documents, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for owner and principal partners for the contract and design.
• Develop project-specific procedures and documentation.
• Manage project controls, cost, and performance activities.
• Coordinate activities of construction management staff.
