Job summary

SES Electrical LLC seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead design-build and federal renovation projects in the Knoxville area. The role oversees scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, safety, and quality compliance for projects typically ranging from $2M to $20M.

The position requires a minimum 10 years of related experience, a engineering/construction degree, and expertise in BPM, with responsibilities from proposal through project closeout.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in engineering, construction, or a related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of Federal renovation and repair-type construction.
• Experience with healthcare alteration and construction projects from design to close-out.

Responsibilities

• Procure subcontractors, coordinate and supervise construction activities to ensure on-time delivery and safety.
• Analyze RFPs and plans with executives to define project objectives.
• Oversee labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors within budget and schedule.
• Foster relationships with vendors, subcontractors, field staff, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and execute subcontracts and purchase orders; manage project from proposal to closeout.
