Job summary

SES Electrical LLC is expanding its workforce and is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of design-build and bid-build construction projects ranging from $2M to $15M, with potential to manage up to $20M.

The role reports to the Knoxville, TN office. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of related experience, a degree in engineering or construction, and strong skills in scheduling, subcontractor management, client communication, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in engineering, construction, or related field preferred
• Experience with Federal renovation and repair construction projects and design-build/bid-build delivery

Responsibilities

• Procurement of subcontractors, coordination and supervision of construction activities to ensure on-time delivery and quality
• Analyze project RFPs and plans with executives to define objectives
• Oversee labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors within budget and schedule
• Build strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, field staff, and clients
• Manage subcontracts, cost estimates, and project closeout processes
