StaffSource is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee large, complex electrical construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout in Knoxville, TN. Healthcare facilities experience is highly valued, with emphasis on safety, profitability, and strong customer relationships.

You will manage project budgets and schedules, coordinate with field teams and subcontractors, and lead meetings to drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large or complex electrical construction projects.
• Healthcare construction experience (hospitals/medical facilities) is highly valued.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, labor costs, and profitability.
• Knowledge of contracts, scheduling, procurement, and change orders.

Responsabilités

• Manage large electrical construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Oversee budgets, cost forecasts, labor productivity, billing, and profitability.
• Coordinate with superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
• Develop project schedules, manpower plans, and procurement strategies.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and project progress.
• Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Oversee final closeout, including punch lists, as-builts, warranties, and final billing.
