Marand Builders, Inc. seeks a General Contractor Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from inception to completion across multiple providers. The role requires managing budgets, schedules, and teams with a focus on quality, safety, and LEED tracking.

Ideal candidates will have a construction management degree or equivalent, 5+ years in commercial healthcare builds, and strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in commercial construction, healthcare ground-up projects.
• Ability to manage 2+ projects, fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in MS Office, reporting software, and blueprint reading.

Responsabilités

• Manage project budget, contracts, invoices, and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors and resolve conflicts to keep on track.
• Organize, process, and distribute project documents.
• Create and maintain project schedules and reports.
• Expedite deliveries to meet milestones and maintain costs.
• Ensure safety compliance and lead LEED related tracking.
