Job summary

Marand Builders, Inc. is seeking a General Contractor Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.

You will coordinate with clinicians, architects, and subcontractors to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality while navigating regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple sites with a proactive, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in commercial construction, overseeing ground-up healthcare projects.
• Able to manage more than 2 projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, reporting software, and blueprint reading.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Valid driver's license and travel to job sites up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budget, contracts, invoices and schedule.
• Coordinate among subcontractors and resolve conflicts.
• Organize, process and distribute project documents.
• Create project schedule and expedite deliveries to meet deadlines.
• Maintain cost data, prepare cost reports and close-out activities.
• Foster long-term relationships with customers, architects, engineers and vendors.
• Develop short interval schedules for weekly coordination meetings.
• Implement LEED requirements and ensure safety compliance.
