The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, 5+ years in commercial healthcare construction, and strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting is required; travel up to 30% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial construction, overseeing ground-up healthcare projects.
• Ability to manage 2+ projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with MS Office and project reporting software; blueprint reading.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Manage project budget, contracts, invoices, and schedule updates.
• Coordinate subcontractors and resolve issues or conflicts.
• Organize, process, and distribute project documents.
• Create and maintain project schedules; expedite deliveries to meet deadlines.
• Maintain cost-control data and prepare cost reports.
• Develop short-interval schedules for weekly coordination meetings.
• Administer shop drawings, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure safety rules and regulations on site.
