Job summary

Samet Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Healthcare Construction vertical, owning delivery from preconstruction through closeout while safeguarding budgets, schedules, and quality.

You'll drive client relationships, mentor future leaders, and oversee complex healthcare projects with regional travel to support ongoing programs. A background in healthcare codes, regulations, and infection control is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or comparable relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing healthcare construction projects.
• Knowledge of healthcare construction regulations, AHCA, Joint Commission standards, and infection control protocols.
• Strong leadership, management, and computer skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all phases of healthcare construction projects with healthcare codes and standards.
• Assist with procurement strategy, trade partner solicitation, and take-offs.
• Manage designers and oversee design/procurement for healthcare projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships before, during, and after construction.
• Prepare project management plans and responsibility matrices.
