Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and provide guidance on project management techniques.
• Oversee project costs, procurement, and scheduling within the budget.
• Negotiate prime contracts and change orders; manage cost and profit impact.
• Develop and implement the Project Management Plan (PMP) and pre-construction plans.
• Coordinate final closeout procedures, including permits, warranties, and documentation.
• Maintain owner relations and perform post-completion reviews.
