Layton Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager in California to lead large or complex projects. The role may supervise other Project Managers and requires ensuring project completion per contract documents while exceeding owner expectations.

You will guide project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with the Project Superintendent/Manager to deliver successful outcomes. This position emphasizes integrity, safety, and quality across all activities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 8+ years project management experience.
• Minimum 3+ years project management experience in Healthcare (HCAI/OSHPD) Construction.

Responsabilidades

• Champions the Layton Way by delivering predictable outcomes for internal teams, external teams, and customers.
• Ensures integrity by promoting honesty, unity, safety, and quality of work.
• Supervises project teams and guides project management techniques and adherence to plans.
• Leads in preparing the Project Management Plan (PMP) and participates in value engineering.
• Negotiates owner and subcontractor change orders; manages cost and profit impact.
• Coordinates final close out procedures including warranties, permits, and occupancy.
