Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors staff to ensure an injury-free environment.
Oversees pre-construction activities, buyout, bid packages and schedule development.
Manages submittal processes, change requests and coordination with owners, architects and subcontractors.
Develops project budgets, cost forecasts and ensures profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
Leads project meetings and reports on status and performance to leadership.
