Job summary

The role requires proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders, and driving safety, schedule, and budget performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Proficiency in CMiC and BIM.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the project safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages prestart checklist and supports preconstruction activities.
• Oversees submittal schedules and approvals with architects/engineers.
• Drives bid packages, pricing, and subcontractor procurement.
• Develops project schedule and tracks materials, labor, and procurement.
• Provides monthly cost and margin forecasts to leadership.
