Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of project safety culture and mentorship.
• Manages the prestart process.
• Supports the preconstruction team with quantity takeoff and trade coordination.
• Leads buyout scheduling and subcontractor pricing.
• Coordinates submittal schedules and reviews shop drawings.
