Job summary

Realty Trust Group (RTG) seeks a Senior Project Manager in Greenville, SC to lead multiple client engagements including due diligence, facility assessments, feasibility studies and capital project management for healthcare facilities.

You will oversee project teams, read plans, develop delivery strategies, and contribute to service line profitability. A 7+ year background in healthcare/construction and software proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Construction, Business (or related field) or comparable demonstrated ability and experience in healthcare/conmercial/institutional/office construction.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience (including construction or design).
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, PlanGrid, PMWeb, or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for multiple client engagements (Due Diligence Evaluations, Facility Condition Assessments, Project Feasibility and Planning Initiatives, Capital Project Management).
• Develop and implement project delivery strategies and manage issue resolution.
• Oversee project teams and attend client executive level meetings.
