Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will guide projects from preconstruction through delivery, manage client relationships, and lead project teams to ensure on-time, within-budget completion with the highest standards.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in PM, 5+ years in healthcare, and a track record across hospitals and clinics, with California healthcare requirements knowledge and proficiency

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare construction project management.
• Experience with projects valued at $25M+.
• Strong knowledge of California healthcare construction requirements (HCAI/OSHPD).
• Proven success delivering hospitals, clinics or healthcare campuses.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts and risk.
• Direct project teams and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide executive-level reporting and maintain client relationships.
