Job summary

CVS Health in Richmond, VA is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead healthcare facility projects, including new builds, renovations and infrastructure upgrades. You will define scope, schedules and budgets with the Program Sponsor and coordinate daily communications to keep initiatives on track.

You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers and clinical staff, manage vendors and contracts, track budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Deep knowledge of PM processes and tools.
• Healthcare facilities construction experience preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects for healthcare facilities, including new construction, renovations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Manage administration of healthcare properties, coordinating lease agreements, maintenance, repairs, and regulatory compliance.
• Select, contract, and manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and manage construction project budgets, ensuring cost estimates and tracking expenses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and address operational needs during construction.
• Coach colleagues in construction management techniques, building codes, and regulatory responsibilities.
• Utilize CVS Health tools to maintain project lists, communicate milestones, and ensure alignment with standards.
