Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex capital programs from planning through closeout at its Providence, RI campus. You will partner with sponsors and cross-functional teams to define objectives, manage budgets, and drive initiatives to successful completion.

The role oversees multi-million dollar programs, directs program managers and external contractors, and requires strong leadership, risk management, and communication skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Management.
• Or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of capital programs from planning through closeout.
• Translate sponsor requirements into actionable project plans for stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget, schedule and quality standards.
• Identify, assess and mitigate program risks; drive timely issue resolution.
• Provide coaching and development for a team of program managers and coordinators.
