CVS Health is hiring a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead programs from scope through budgets and schedules. You will coordinate sponsor communications and work with cross-functional teams across architecture, engineering, procurement, and facilities management.

The role emphasizes leading teams in a fast-paced environment, applying best-practice project management, and ensuring regulatory compliance across healthcare properties.

Competenze

• 7-10 years relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of Program/Project Management processes and tools.
• Familiarity with design and construction best practices.
• Ability to excel and lead others in a fast paced environment.

Mansioni

• Oversee construction projects for healthcare facilities, including new construction, renovations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Administer healthcare properties by coordinating lease agreements, property maintenance, repairs, and regulatory compliance.
• Select and manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers involved in construction and property management.
• Develop and manage construction project budgets, track expenses and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, facility managers and clinical staff to align requirements and operations.
