Job summary

You will coordinate with design teams, subcontractors and business development teams while building strong client and trade partner relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or 10 years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years in construction project management, estimating, project pursuits, or business development.
• Healthcare construction experience.
• OSHA 10-hour and First Aid certifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel overnight with a valid driver’s license.

• Plan and manage multi-million-dollar construction projects.
• Handle estimating, scheduling, procurement, and project execution.
