Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, project management, or related field; or equivalent
- Four+ years in IT, healthcare, PM or related activity, incl. at least 2 years in PM/leadership
- Strong PM experience and ability to translate technical and functional requirements
- Knowledge of IT terminology, systems, vendors, and environments
- Effective communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects through all lifecycle phases
- Provide leadership and support to IT staff and stakeholders
- Lead training and adoption of technology initiatives
- Define scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, and success criteria
- Monitor performance and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Develop governance, standards, and escalation pathways
