Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• At least 4 years in commercial construction; healthcare project experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations (OSHA).
• Experience with design-build projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and manage profit projections for each project.
• Coordinate and review bid documents; evaluate subcontractor proposals and negotiate agreements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety and codes compliance.
• Lead project meetings with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Oversee design development with architects/engineers to match client expectations.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and reports.
