Job summary
The Haskell Company in the United States seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead design/build and construction management efforts on healthcare projects. You will be accountable for all construction activities on assigned projects, coordinating with superintendents and subcontractors to meet schedules and budget.
You will monitor design documents, prepare bids, and manage client relations, payments, and change orders while mentoring junior staff and ensuring safety compliance and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management with 7+ years in construction management.
- Experience in design/build or construction management of healthcare projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist project directors in responding to RFPs and prepare estimates and schedules.
- Monitor design documents and advise on constructability, scope, and cost changes.
- Prepare detailed estimates, cost codes, and cost-control systems.
- Manage bid packages, subcontractor selection, and major purchase orders.
- Plan and schedule with superintendent and subcontractors; manage project schedule.
