Job summary

Murray Company is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. We specialize in healthcare facilities, handling new construction, additions, and renovations from concept to completion.

The PM will lead development, procurement, and scheduling, working closely with Business Development and Marketing to implement sales and marketing plans. Ideal candidates bring proactive thinking and strong collaboration skills to manage complex projects successfully.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Eight+ years’ construction industry experience in project pursuits, estimating, PM, or business development (healthcare preferred).
• OSHA 10 and First Aid certifications required.
• Certification in CPC/LEED AP/CHC/ASHE preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and setup of multi-million-dollar healthcare projects from concept to completion.
• Support strategic planning and execution with Business Development and Marketing teams.
• Estimate, schedule, and contribute as a core member of the integrated design and construction team.
