Murray Company, founded in 1959, specializes in healthcare construction across the Midwest. The Superintendent will oversee planning, management, and execution of rural hospital and healthcare center projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities include directing technical and administrative tasks, ensuring safety, and delivering on design, budget, and schedule while engaging clients and trade partners. Travel across IA, KS, MO is expected.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of construction industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional client interaction skills and developing trade partner relationships.
• Must be able to travel to project locations across IA, KS, MO; up to 6–8 hours from home; overnight/weekends.
• OSHA 10 hour preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute assigned projects with focus on safety, budget, and schedule.
• Provide technical and administrative direction on projects and ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain customer interface and build trade partner relationships.
• Supervise trades personnel as assigned on projects.
