Job summary

Leopardo Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare construction initiatives in the United States. The role oversees development, scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination across project phases, from preconstruction through closeout.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in healthcare or senior living construction, a strong track record on large projects, and a deep understanding of design, budgets, and subcontracting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or architecture fields or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in progressively responsible roles with extensive estimating experience.
• Experience on senior living or healthcare construction projects.
• Proven record on large/complex projects with knowledge of construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, execution, and completion of complex healthcare projects.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and cost estimates; monitor productivity and profitability.
• Manage communications between teams; oversee subcontracts and change orders.
• Coordinate permits, RFIs, shop drawings, and closeout documentation.
• Build relationships with clients, architects, developers, and subcontractors.
