Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a leading commercial construction firm with a strong pipeline of repeat clients in healthcare and higher education. The role requires 8+ years of PM experience on large commercial projects and the ability to coordinate with senior leaders, owners, architects, and subcontractors to keep projects on time and on budget.

Formación

• 8+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Ability to work closely with Senior Project Manager(s), Project Executive(s) and Superintendent(s).
• Comfortable speaking/presenting to Owner's/Architects/Subcontractors in meetings.
• Large scale project experience, preferred; proven document control.
• Establishing and maintaining subcontractor relationships; focus on project safety.

• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and alignment with client goals.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to drive decisions.
• Maintain rigorous document control and reporting for all stakeholders.
• Foster safety culture and compliant field practices on site.
