Job summary

Jobot, a leading construction management firm, is seeking a Construction Project Manager for healthcare and life sciences projects in the Greater Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of healthcare construction PM experience and a strong track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

You will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and coordination with owners, architects, and engineers, ensuring compliance with codes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare construction PM experience.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and contract buyouts.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints.
• Manage the contract buyout process, including negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate and manage all project stakeholders, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.
• Manage and oversee the installation of MEP systems.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project schedules.
• Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
