Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial and government construction projects in a fast-paced environment. The role covers preconstruction through closeout on healthcare, federal, and industrial projects.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of PM experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Procore, Primavera or MS Project. Travel to project sites may be required, with a competitive benefits package included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Manager experience within commercial, healthcare, government, institutional, or industrial construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, cost control, subcontractor management, and operations knowledge.
• Experience with project management software such as Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through completion and closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure safety, quality assurance, and compliance with codes and contracts.
