The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in construction, proven healthcare project leadership, and strong communication skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Experienced with high-level management of HCAI healthcare projects.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take senior level ownership of HCAI regulated healthcare construction projects on-site across Glendale and Northridge, CA, managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate with ownership, trades, and schedule at a portfolio level.
