Job summary

Renewyx is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery across Glendale and Northridge, CA in a fast-paced GC environment, focusing on healthcare facilities regulated by HCAI/OSHPD.

You will own healthcare facility construction on-site, coordinate trades, schedule, and site performance from the ground up, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while maintaining GC urgency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong experience with HCAI/OSHPD projects and requirements.
• Comfort with the urgency of a General Contractor work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Renewyx has partnered with a general contractor delivering HCAI and OSHPD regulated healthcare facility construction to identify a Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery across Glendale and Northridge, CA, in a fast paced General Contractor environment.

Looking for strong Construction Managers, Project Managers, or Assistant Superintendents with applicable experience. This is a strong fit for a construction professional with real HCAI/OSHPD project experience and the ability to keep pace with GC urgency.

The role:

You'll take ownership of healthcare facility construction on-site across Glendale and Northridge, CA, navigating HCAI/OSHPD regulatory requirements while coordinating trades, schedule, and site performance from the ground up.

What you'll bring:

• 8+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong experience with HCAI/OSHPD projects and requirements
• Comfort with the urgency of a General Contractor work environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have:

• Prior healthcare or institutional facility experience
• Familiarity with DSA or similar regulatory bodies
• A background coordinating multiple trades on active hospital campuses

What's on offer:

• $125,000 to $155,000, depending on experience
