Renewyx is seeking a Construction Healthcare Project Manager in San Francisco, CA, to lead complex hospital renovations with real stakes and real outcomes.

You'll own budget, schedule, and subcontractors for active projects inside occupied campuses, coordinating with hospital teams, clients, and regulators (HCAI/OSHPD). This role demands hands-on leadership on landmark healthcare builds and rigorous attention to infection control and compliance.

Qualifications

• Direct experience managing hospital renovation or healthcare construction projects.
• Direct, hands-on experience with HCAI plan review, permitting, and inspections.
• A track record running budget, schedule, and subcontractors on complex commercial builds.
• Ground-up hospital or medical office building experience.
• Infection control (ICRA) experience in occupied healthcare settings.

Renewyx have partnered with a leading healthcare construction general contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area to bring on a Healthcare Project Manager, and this one comes with real scope and real money behind it.

California's hospitals are racing against 2030 seismic compliance deadlines. This firm is running some of the region's most complex acute care renovation work to help them get there, and they need someone who can own it end to end.

You'll run active renovation projects inside occupied hospital campuses, real buildings, real patients, real stakes. Budget, schedule, subcontractors, client relationships, all on you. You'll work hand in hand with HCAI through design, permitting, and inspection, keeping projects compliant and moving. This is the kind of work that gets noticed.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Direct experience managing hospital renovation or healthcare construction projects
• Direct, hands-on experience with HCAI (formerly OSHPD) plan review, permitting, and inspections
