Renewyx is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery across Glendale and Northridge, CA in a fast-paced GC environment, focusing on healthcare facilities regulated by HCAI/OSHPD.

You will own healthcare facility construction on-site, coordinate trades, schedule, and site performance from the ground up, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while maintaining GC urgency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong experience with HCAI/OSHPD projects and requirements.
• Comfort with the urgency of a General Contractor work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of healthcare facility construction on-site across Glendale and Northridge, navigating regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate trades, schedule, and site performance from the ground up.
