Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects in the Dallas area. You will oversee planning, execution, and completion with a focus on safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has proven senior PM experience in construction, preferably healthcare facilities, excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with project management software to drive project success across a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or related field.
• Senior PM experience in construction, healthcare preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
