• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years healthcare construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare programming, planning, design and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner’s representative across planning, design, preconstruction, construction and closeout.
• Lead, coordinate, and advise multidisciplinary project teams including architects, engineers, GCs and subs.
• Drive schedule, budget and scope accountability across all assigned projects.
• Manage executive-level client relationships through proactive communication and delivery.
• Navigate inpatient and ambulatory healthcare environments.
• Collaborate within integrated project teams while protecting client interests.
