Jobot seeks a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee healthcare construction projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will lead planning, execution, and completion, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive project success.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety compliance, with regular stakeholder updates. A bachelor's degree in a related field and healthcare PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably healthcare facilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
