The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Estimating, Design-Build, Light Industrial, and Healthcare Construction.
• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing and reviewing project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Participate in project meetings and provide progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks, developing mitigation plans.
• Assist in managing project budgets and ensuring profitability.
• Conduct site visits and inspections for quality control and adherence to specs.
• Assist in managing project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and final payments.
