Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Program Manager (Healthcare Construction) in Morton, IL to serve as the owner's representative across planning, design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout for complex capital programs. You will lead cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, GCs, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining stringent healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• 5+ years healthcare construction project management experience
• Strong command of healthcare programming, planning, design, and construction processes
• Understanding of inpatient and ambulatory operational environments
• Proven client advocacy and relationship management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Act as the owner's representative across planning, design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases
• Lead, coordinate, and advise multidisciplinary project teams including architects, engineers, GCs, and subcontractors
• Drive schedule, budget, and scope accountability across all assigned projects in the program
• Manage stakeholder relationships at the executive and facilities leadership level
• Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific construction standards (ICRA, ILSM, infection control protocols in active facilities)
• Identify risks early and lead proactive mitigation strategies
