Job summary

Nemours is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead design and construction projects for Nemours Children's Health in Jacksonville, FL. You will drive budgets, schedules, risk management, and quality control from design through occupancy, coordinating with Planning, Interior Design, and Facilities.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7+ years of healthcare PM experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with construction regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or significant healthcare construction PM experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience managing design and construction projects from concept to turnover.
• Knowledge of NFPA 99, FGI Guidelines, NFPA 101 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from concept to turnover and occupancy.
• Establish project budgets and master schedules; track costs and timelines.
• Lead design reviews with stakeholders and ensure code compliance.
• Coordinate with hospital staff to minimize disruption to patients and families.
• Present to committees and ensure project closeout with all certifications.
