Job summary

Nemours is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, DE. You will oversee design and construction projects, managing budgets, schedules, and safety from concept through occupancy, liaising with planning and interior design staff in the Corporate Facilities Department.

Qualifications

• Experience managing healthcare/facility construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from design through occupancy.
• Strong communication with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from concept to turnover and occupancy, with budgets ranging from small to large scale.
• Assemble design consultant teams and lead procurement/bid processes.
• Develop and track Master Project Schedule and budget using project management software.
• Review drawings/specifications for code compliance and quality delivery in healthcare construction.
• Coordinate with hospital staff to minimize patient/family impact and maintain safety and quality.
