Job summary

The Beck Group in Atlanta, GA seeks a Healthcare Project Executive to lead complex healthcare construction programs. You will oversee business development, project financials, scheduling, risk management, quality, cost control, and client relationships for projects over $150 million.

Qualifications

12+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Construction.
Experience leading a team in response to RFQ/RFP and client interviews.
Experience leading preconstruction activities, including estimates, GMPs, and constructability reviews.
Ability to develop phasing plans and project schedules.
Strong client development and relationship management.

Responsibilities

Supervise project team development and delivery.
Deliver projects with best practices for $150M+ revenue across multiple initiatives.
Provide leadership in personnel development and setting operational priorities.
Prepare and review financial plans, status reports, and risk mitigation.
Develop and monitor project schedules and KPI reviews.
Lead business development activities and engage with professional organizations.
