As part of Beck, you will collaborate with project teams to align budgets, schedules, and specifications, applying building codes and standards to deliver integrated design and construction excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of architecture experience
• College graduate with NAAB-accredited degree
• Professional registration

Responsibilities

• Lead project team through documentation, modeling, quality control and consultant coordination
• Mentor and train younger staff
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Construction Team on cost estimates and sequencing
• Develop project plan, milestone schedules, and staffing
• Ensure compliance with building codes, life safety and accessibility requirements
