The Beck Group is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Executive to lead large-scale construction projects and client relationships from our Atlanta office. This role emphasizes business development, project organization, financial management, scheduling, risk control, safety, and cost containment.

You will supervise a project team and drive best practices for complex healthcare facilities. You will lead projects over $150M, coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and unions, and manage

Qualificações

• 12+ years of experience in Commercial Construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience leading a team in response to RFQ/RFP and client interviews.
• Experience leading preconstruction processes including estimates, GMPs, and value control.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the project team and ensure delivery excellence.
• Lead projects valued at $150M+ in revenue and oversee multiple related projects.
• Develop budgets, schedules, safety plans, and risk mitigation.
• Engage in business development and client relationship management.
• Drive KPI reporting and status reviews and ensure quality and cost control.
