Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a Project Executive Healthcare to provide senior execution leadership for large, complex projects. The role collaborates with field ops and the BU leadership to drive safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will mentor project managers, manage client relationships, and lead risk and contract discussions while aligning with DPR’s strategic objectives and family of Companies partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management or operations.
• Experience leading multiple mid-size projects or a large, complex project required.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of multiple mid-size projects or a large project, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety objectives.
• Directs and supports project managers and project teams, guiding on complex execution challenges and decision-making.
• Escalation point for significant project risks, client concerns, contractual matters, and performance issues.
• Oversees project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cost controls, contract administration, and risk management strategies.
• Partners with superintendents and safety leadership to reinforce consistent field presence and disciplined planning.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients, designers, support resources, and key trade partners to support collaboration and repeat work.
• Mentors and develops project leaders with coaching and development plans.

Education

Drives strategic improvement of the deal through active engagement of the Family of Companies and by fostering strategic partnerships with Self-Perform Work (SPW) executives and leaders to strengthen integrated delivery outcomes.
