Job summary

Foundry is seeking a Project Executive in South Florida with a strong healthcare construction background to lead major hospital and healthcare projects. You will oversee project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain top-tier relationships with owners and clients.

The role requires extensive healthcare project delivery experience, a GC background, and a demonstrated ability to lead PMs and cross-functional teams through complex, occupied environments.

Qualifications

• Healthcare construction experience is required.
• Proven leadership of Project Managers and project teams.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills.
• Experience with budgets, forecasting, contracts and change management.

Responsibilities

• Executive oversight of major healthcare construction projects.
• Lead Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and project teams.
• Maintain overall responsibility for project financial performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules and project risk.
• Oversee contracts, change orders and subcontractor performance.
• Work closely with Superintendents and field leadership.
• Maintain senior-level relationships with owners and clients.
• Participate in preconstruction, procurement and project strategy.
• Lead executive-level project and client meetings.
• Identify and resolve commercial and operational issues.
• Ensure projects achieve schedule, quality and profitability targets.
• Mentor and develop project management teams.
