Job summary

SL Recruit is seeking a Healthcare Focused Project Manager based in South Florida to lead healthcare projects across South Florida and surrounding areas from inception through completion.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in PM for mid-scale commercial builds, with healthcare project experience (occupied spaces, imaging centers, ASC, FSED) and proficiency in Bluebeam or Procore. Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering preferred; strong compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Healthcare projects experience preferred: Occupied spaces, Imaging Centers, ASC, FSED.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

This role would be based out of their South Florida office and cover healthcare projects throughout SFL and surrounding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience preferably with mid-scale commercial new builds and renovations - $1M-$15M+
• Experience with Healthcare projects preferred: Occupied Spaces, Imaging Centers, ASC, FSED
• Proficiency in construction management software (such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
